一九二五年，奉系将领武擎天在蚌埠火车站兵败被俘，遭直系军阀孙啸秋枪决。武擎天女儿武剑羽立誓要为父亲报仇。武剑羽女扮男装和从小结义金兰的妹妹白露、楚丹丹、弟弟武忠诚以及父亲的忠心部属马云来到上海，途中巧遇上海青帮老大张树声之子苏继飞。马云利用京戏班演出机会刺杀孙啸秋失手被杀，苏继飞力劝武剑羽放弃复仇计划，但武剑羽绝不罢休。结果苏继飞一步步卷入这一场恩怨情仇之中，同时他和武剑羽之间也暗生情愫。。U Turn is a Mystery Thriller.
