《江山美人》没有将故事发生的时间定格在一个具体的朝代，而是利用架空的时代背景演绎了一段浪漫的童话。在诸侯割据，战火连天的年代，甄子丹饰演的大将军负责训练公主（陈慧琳饰）武功，后来公主被奸臣（郭晓冬饰）所害，随即逃出皇宫，幸得一位武功高强的隐士（黎明饰）所救，二人随即产生爱情，在隐士的帮助下，公主除掉了杀害父王的奸臣，并且夺回了王座。就在此时，公主却选择与隐士回归山林，为了爱情抛弃了大好江山。。Thomas and Thomas are going through a rough patch: they are both thirty-something actors living in Paris. They randomly decide to leave the city and fly away to Kullorsuaq, one of the most remote villages of Greenland, where Thomas' father Nathan lives. Among the Inuit community, they will discover the charms of the local customs and their friendship will be challenged.。
