近未来的东京，谜之组织Demon Seed利用强化服来犯罪。警察对Demon Seed特殊工作课（简称：特工课）屡次出击失利后，现在正面临着存亡的危机。课长服部为了让特工课起死回生而举办了对Demon Seed作战的英雄偶像甄选会，最终由14岁的怪力少女南风麻伦胜出。此后，麻伦开始一面对抗Demon Seed，一面为成为超级偶像而奔走。。A group of aliens has come to Earth to learn about its population, customs, etc. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form which gives them human emotions, physical needs etc. WITHOUT the understanding of what they mean or the inhibitions normally present in humans.
