A mysterious application called 'Wishlist' comes into the possession of a group of teenagers. It fulfills every personal desire if an special task is performed - now they have to deal with this responsibility. In contrary to the expectations no heavenly state occurs. They might have to ask themselves: How much can the people of the world come true before they harm their relativ...。各怀绝技的“憨八龟、白精灵、铁甲小子、宝宝熊、百丈跳”组成了“垃圾拯救队”，援救被骗至地球的费沙星球王子——星际流；为了破坏和平，地球首相井上雄命令鹰明教授不断研发“变兽特战队”一路追踪垃圾拯救队，企图抓捕星际流。垃圾拯救队为了保护星际流与“变兽特战队”展开了一次次激烈的战斗，而星际流却并不完全信任憨八龟他们。在“变兽特战队”的追捕下，憨八龟和伙伴们穿越了中国和世界各地的历史文化古迹。体现了坚不可摧的团队精神和难能可贵的正义感。。
