因为杀人而入狱的哥哥，在出狱后想要金盆洗手，却奈何过往恩怨纠缠不放，当警察的弟弟，在号令之下执行任务，却将兄弟俩都卷进了黑白两道之间的斗争。。紀錄片花一年時間拍攝，導演 Vitaliy Manskiy 與攝製隊兩次到訪平壤，全程有「保鏢」陪伴。與五位女學生進行10分鐘面試後，Vitaliy Manskiy 找來8歲女孩辛美（Zin Mi）做女主角，紀錄她加入先鋒運動、慶祝已故最高領導人金正日生辰的光明星節等點滴。。Dragos Binder is doing research in order to write a fiction film based on the true event of his parents fleeing the country in the 80s communist Romania, but then he changes the subject, moving the camera lens on himself.。
