Through each of the three couples - one gay, one l...。一间灯火黯淡的小酒吧内，电视中正在播放迈克·杰克逊的经典歌曲《Bad》的MV。吧台前，一名留着莫西干头、戴着墨镜、从上到下黑色着装的男子小酌杯中之酒。面对电视里的歌，他流露出明显的傲慢与不屑。是的，他就是曾经叱咤中国摇滚界的人物沙皮（陈佩斯饰），此前不知因何而销声匿迹。而今的他闲散游荡，似乎蓄势待发。某天，正躺在一幢在建高楼房顶胡思乱想的沙皮，突然被三个民工（刘金山、姚二嘎、李琦饰）打乱思路。这三人被臭虫咬得同样难耐，胡乱扭动着身子。可是他们那看似毫无章法的扭动却启发了沙皮的灵感，他决定将三个民工包装成极具震撼力的摇滚组合——臭虫乐队，为此他对三人展开了连番无关音乐质量的培训……。
