A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide.. It all goes horribly wrong when they realise that there′s someone else on the island who has a pack of dogs and a crossbow with which to hunt them down.。小城内连续发生的流氓猥亵案，搅得居民人心惶惶。派出所所长老胡（王砚辉饰）带着警察小蔡（李九霄饰）一起侦破这起案件。随着调查深入，肛肠科医生刘大夫（张颂文饰）和护士段艳芬（李梦饰）也被牵连其中，小城各色人物隐藏着的秘密也悄悄露出马脚。。
